Warranty

Hand Forged Gold carefully finishes each piece of jewelry with extreme care. We offer a lifetime warranty on all of our jewelry covering manufacturing defects. We do not warranty against stone damage, breakage, or natural scratches or marks that will naturally occur on metals over time. 

Refunds and Exchanges

We do not offer refunds or exchanges on our custom work. In some cases we may consider a store credit within 14 days of receipt of your item. 

Any returned items must be in pristine original condition. We will not accept return of any items with signs of wear or modification. 

To inquire about returning or exchanging, contact us at (EMAIL). Customer is responsible for cost of insured, signature required shipping back to us through the USPS. We are not responsible or lost or stolen packages. 

Change and Cancellations

If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us within 24 hours of your purchase. We will get started right away on your order once we receive it, so it is imperative that you contact us with any changes before we get started.
