Sizing
General Sizing Info
Every hand is different. Hands and fingers fluctuate throughout the day depending on temperature, humidity and activity. Finding the perfect size is something that requires some time and consideration.
The perfect ring will slide on the finger fairly easily, with just a bit of effort to pull over the knuckle and remove. The perfect size will find the perfect balance to accommodate your fingers in all weather conditions.
Proper Sizing Methods
We highly recommend getting professionally fitted by a local jeweler. Most at-home methods for sizing rings (measuring a string around your finger, cutting strips of paper and measuring, etc.) are NOT accurate methods. These methods will get you close, but they are not accurate enough to give you the perfect fit that you're looking for.
We highly recommend that you get sized properly by a professional jeweler. This is the most reliable and accurate method to determine a ring size.
We can also send you a custom ring sizer kit.
Wide vs. Narrow vs. Comfort fit
A wider ring will feel slightly tighter than a narrow band because there is more inside surface touching your finger.
A narrow band will feel slightly looser than a thin band of the same size.
A comfort fit band (convex inside) will feel slightly looser than a standard ring in the same size.
Remember these considerations when you are choosing your proper size. This is another reason why we highly recommend getting properly sized by a local jeweler, as this will allow you to try on different ring styles and shapes.
